How to place a Directory Entry

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.

In the first instance click on the "Directory Entry" button in the left-hand menu.

You will then be presented with 3 options, as follows:

1) A one year "Premier" level entry gives you:

- a direct link to your own company web-site, allowing potential "New Customers" to visit your online showroom.
- 72 dpi jpeg colour picture of products or services that you offer.
- your Premier description is increased to150-word.
- your entry is shown in up to 10 sections of your choice.
- use of Eng '2' Eng section to promote your latest products or innovations, and the "Special Offers" category in the site "For Sale" section.

2) A one year "Business" level entry gives you:

- either your company logo or a 72 dpi picture of products or services that you offer.
- your business description is 125 words.
- your contact details, including your website address & Link.
- your entry is shown in up to 4 sections of your choice.

3) If you would like a year's "FREE" basic listing:

- which is a 75-word description of your business, which must include the product or service that your company provides and your contact details, then simply use the "Query" form in the above banner to email us with your entry, noting which section of the directory you wish your company details to appear in.

NB. Our Premier listings are given priority, followed by the Business listings and then the Free listings.

Having selected either a Premier or Business entry, click on the 'add to cart' icon.

To check or cancel your order, click on the 'View Cart' button. On this screen you can remove an item, update your order or save your order for later.

If you go to the checkout you will now be asked to select the 'Invoice Location' country, followed by your invoice address.

Having completed the payment via PayPal you will be sent the receipt for your payment.

The next step is to email your entry copy to sales @ mc tooling.com (remove spacers) together with your artwork. As you can vary the text between the sections you wish to appear in, you must ensure any artwork and corresponding text can be easily identified.

Please ensure that your email includes the MC-Tooling "ORDER NUMBER" from your invoice as well. We cannot process entry requests that do not include this order number.

Your company insertions will then be listed on the Eng-Toolstore site in the section you have selected. Please ensure that the content of the entry you have given us is correct. We will not make any corrections or amendments to your copy. However, to assist search engines to locate your entry for users, we recommend that your entry clearly states the product or service that your company provides.
